Due to the perishable nature of our French-inspired chilled meals and fresh ingredients, we are unable to accept physical returns once goods have been dispatched. If you are unsatisfied with your order or have received a damaged item, please contact our guest relations team within 24 hours of delivery.
Inspect Your Order
Upon delivery, please check all items against your packing slip and inspect the condition of the chilled packaging and produce immediately.
Document Issues
If any products are missing, damaged, or do not meet our quality standards, please take clear photographs of the items and the batch codes on the packaging.

Email our support team with your order number and supporting evidence; we aim to resolve all quality concerns with a refund or credit within 48 hours.
Safe Disposal
Once your claim has been logged, you do not need to send the food back to us; please dispose of the affected items safely according to local guidelines.
